Work-related Stress

The technicians of HEALTH & SAFETY PROJECT ENGINEERING LTD, carry out the study and the assessment of the risks deriving from work-related stress. When we talk about WORK-RELATED STRESS, we mean the perception of imbalance felt by the worker when the demands of the working environment exceed the individual capacities to face these requests. This situation brings several symptoms or ailments to the worker:

• headache
• gastrointestinal complaints
• sleep disorders
• neurasthenia
• chronic depression

The risk assessment deriving from work-related stress is an obligation for the employer since 2010. The assessment of the risk deriving from work-related stress is an obligation for the employer, as sanctioned in 2010 by the Permanent Consultative Commission for Work.
